No need to worry much about what type of gas your aircon uses! Our technicians will always have both types at hand, and will take care of checking what type your aircon needs. Chances are, however, if your aircon is new, then it uses R410A gas, while older units would usually use R22.
The indoor and outdoor units are just parts of one complete aircon system. The gas tanks are typically located on the outdoor units, so that's what our technicians will inspect and refill.
